    Position: Customer Service Coordinator

    Salary: 18,000-20,000 (Negotiable depending on the competency level)

    Salary will increase based on performance

    8AM-5: 20PM

    Job description:

    To take care of all delivery management of the products and also inquiries from clients

    Responsibilities

    -Generating and maintaining files of orders, invoices

    -follow up delivery status and adjusting the delivery dates

    -Responsible for creating Purchased Order

    -Answer customer inquiries related to their orders or surveys.

    -Create a weekly report regarding delivery status

    -help out with Impex side and GA side tasks if ever needed

    -other tasks to be added if ever needed

    Experience:

    1. at least a College graduate

    2. Has at least 1-2 years experience in delivery date management of products, in either sales position or QAQC position. Maximum of 4 years (cannot accept overqualified candidates)

    3. Good communication skills, organized, can manage his / her time well

    4. Can work with minimal supervision and is willing to learn and be trained

    PREFER

    1. With experience working in manufacturing company and knows the mechanism of manufacturing set up

    2. with experience in Import/export tasks

    3. With experience in GA related tasks
