  • 1. Process Incoming Calls, Cases and Chats:

    Respond to Customer Calls, Chats Cases and Email in accordance

    with the Customer Service standard by providing sales orders,

    return authorization, call tags, tracking information, sales orders

    states, etc.

    Follow-up on all unresolved customer issues

    Escalate technical queries that cannot be resolved directly to the

    Customer Service Team Leader.

    Report on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) associated with role

    2. Process Customer Purchase Orders

    Enter Manual Orders in Net Suite received through customer

    portals, fax, email or verbal. (i.e. Commerce Hub, Menards, Lowes,

    Amazon MX)

    - Double check ship dates and product availability

    - Verify carrier and freight terms

    - Update and special requirements for the purchase order

    Process Purchase Orders transmitted through EDI (i.e. Amazon, Amazon CA, Grainger, Woodcraft Dropship, Lowes, Lowes SOS)

    - Double check ship dates and product availability

    - Verify carrier and freight terms

    - Update and special requirements for the purchase order

    - Approve orders in our system

    - Cross Check B2B order reports with NS

    - Update customer portals if necessary

    Obtain payment authorization for orders received (i.e. credit authorizations on vendor portals credit card payments fromcustomer)

    Split inbound orders and process back orders to complete

    shipments Process warranty registration, sales samples and marketing giveaway orders

    3. Process Warranty and Freight Claims

    Process warranty replacement orders and freight claim orders.

    Obtain information and pictures from customers concerning product damage or missing parts

    Follow up with customers on warranty replacement parts received Daily

    Enter RGAs per the returns process for returning goods.

    Ensure customer receives return shipping documents and instructions to return goods

    4. Liaise with 3PL regarding outbound logistics

    Follow up with warehouse on pending orders past due date.

    Ensure all picking slips are accurate and urgent orders noted and communicated with warehouses

    Provide paperwork for shipments (i.e. Commercial invoices, packing slips)

    Communicate with warehouse on special requirements or updates on sales orders or ship date changes
