  • Job Description

    Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent/ Industrial Engineering graduate or equivalent

    At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    Required Skill(s): customer service, team leading, mentoring, coaching, handling dispute

    Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.

    Flexible to work in a busy environment

    Well versed in handling complaints and able to draw recommendation based on the dispute

    With reliable experience in client management

    Must be assertive and has to make wise judgement

    Must have good com skills (comprehension, writing ability and verbal language).

    GOOD TO HAVES

    With exposure and actual experience working in Logistics Industry

    With experience working in BPO set up

    Knows how to handle transportation side of the business

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Responsible in handling a team

    Responsible in mentoring/coaching the team concerning the best practices

    Conducts one on one level with the team (regular basis).

    Responsible in working with Logistics and Business Development Department.

    Ensure the details to be shared are accurate based on what transpired in actual situation.

    Responsible in detailed reporting.
