  • CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

    1. develop an RMA (Repair Service) system

    2. train store personnel to be process compliant

    3. monitor results of the new process deployment using a KPI system

    Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

    • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
