    Responsibilities:

    - Review accounts with disputed items and exhaust recovery options to avoid taking financial losses

    - Process disputed items according to association and federal government guidelines

    - Correspond with cardholders, merchants and merchant banks as part of processing dispute cases

    - Manage prepaid card negative balances, and minimize losses for by utilizing chargebacks

    Qualifications:

    -Atleast 1 year BPO experience handling either Credit Card, Disputes, Fraud, Chargeback, Billing, Collections, Payments or Financial Claims

    -Atleast HS Graduate

    -With complete Government requirements (SSS, TIN, PAGIBIG, PhilHealth)
