Graduate of any four year course

At least one year experience as a Customer Service

• C2 level of Italian language knowledge.

• Excellent in English and Tagalog, other additional languages could be an advantage.

• Knowledge of customer service etiquette and practices

• Data entry and typing skills, attention to details and accuracy

• Positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service, maintenance of

• confidentiality.

• Ability to work independently.

• Document scrutiny & collection of applications for Passport processing.

• Ability to read and comprehend documents written in Italian language.

• Handle customer/applicant queries personally or else through email, telephone. Mode of communication could be Italian, English and Tagalog.

• Handle cash and bank-related transactions if assigned and ensure 100% accuracy.

• Record and maintain all the application data. Also, Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the CRM with zero errors.

• Ensure all the administration and logistics of passport delivery to DFA/ applicant / logistic company etc.

• Maintain compliance with the standard operating procedures, manuals, etc. without deviation in the process.

• Intimate the applicants about the available Value-Added Services and ensure delivery of Value-Added Service options to applicants/ customers.

• To validate if the payment has been made.

• Receive, record and process applicant’s biographic and biometric data in the biometric machine.

• Resolve sample and data quality issues and make multiple attempts with patience to get the data right.

• Make applicant’s feel at ease in case of technical and other difficulties.

• To undertake other duties associated with the role and to undertake reasonable tasks as requested by BLS management.

• Encourage the applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience at the Application Center.

• Ensure that the entire task is completed within the mandated turnaround time.

• Assist the Deputy Manager/Operations Manager in the execution of any new projects and other ISO compliances.

• Ensure judicious use of natural resources.

• Adhere to the environmental health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): Spanish ,English ,Tagalog
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Customer service
