  • Position: Customer Service Officer

    Working hours: 10am-5: 30pm

    Job Description:

    Deals with and helps resolve any customer complaints.

    Answer queries, process requests, purchases and registrations.

    Accurate and timely submission of daily sales report.

    Attracts potential customers by answering products and service questions, suggesting information about products, promotions, and services.

    Processing sales orders of customers via company online store and offline transactions promptly and accurately.

    Ensure that receipts and sales invoices are correctly matched, processed, and encoded.

    Receiving and processing of payments. Handle cash/card transactions and balancing Perform customer verifications, update personal details of customers to the system and assist inquiries on members to account balances.

    Ensure that monies are secured in the safe at the end of the working day.

    Organize and properly files BA forms, reinstatement forms, invoices, receipts, termination forms, and customer service-related forms.

    Other Customer Service ad-hoc duties

    Experience:

    Graduate of any business / finance-related course.

    With at least 1-2 years of experience in the related field and or experience in sales.

    Good oral, written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

    Fast and result-oriented

    Highly motivated, professional, enthusiastic, optimistic, patient, and pro-active.

    With a commitment to excellence, deadline-oriented and analytical and or mathematical skills Strong Microsoft Office skills.

    Current new normal work schedule: Twice a week reporting to the office from 10 am to 5:30 pm and three (3) times a week work from home from 10 am to 7 pm. Saturday 12 pm to 6 pm on alternate work schedule with other CSO and alternate paid off schedule

    Note: payment computation for 10 am to 5:30 pm working schedule is still 8 hrs.
