Offer description

A customer service representative for an internet television company typically has the following responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to customers.
• Accurately log and track customer interactions and information in a customer relationship management system.
• Escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Provide a positive customer experience by effectively managing customer complaints and conflicts.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services, as well as industry developments.
• Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective problem-solving and follow-up.

Applicants must be/have:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers
• Patience, empathy and the ability to handle difficult customers
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Have excellent English communication skills
• Have knowledge on computers
• Are willing to work in shifting schedule

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Customer service, Customer Support, Technology, Information technology
