Offer description

A customer service representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They're the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 18 years old and above

- HS Graduate / SHS Graduate / College Graduate

- At least 6 mos CCE (ANY CCE - international, local, nonvoice, blended)

- With Above Average English Communication Skills both written and Verbal

- Can work on-site (Since we only had limited work-at-home accounts)

- Can work on shifting schedules

- Willing to start immediately

- Fully vaccinated

• Availability of change of residence: Yes
