Urgent hiring for Customer Service Representatives for the Dayshift Account!
Duties:
Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission if needed.
Evaluating system potential through assessing the compatibility of new programs with existing programs.
Qualifications:
· Less than a year working experience considered. Preferably one-year experience doing appointment setting
or in a call center, sales or telemarketing role"
· Must speak English fluently and possess professional verbal and written communication skills including active listening
· Must be assertive, proactive and can function independently
· Customer-focused, enthusiastic, prompt and courteous
· Must be familiar with the different MS Office applications
· Fresh Graduates/ Entry level and Senior level applicants are encouraged to apply
· Full time position(s) available
· Applicants must be willing to work in Ecoland Phase 1, Matina, Davao City
Compensation:
Basic Salary: Up to 20,000
Competitive Signing Bonus
10% Night differential
HMO (Intellicare) upon regularization
Monthly allowances upon regularization
Additional benefits will be discussed during the Job Offer.
