  • Description

  • Must be Bachelor’s/Collage Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or any equivalent.

    Working experience in the related field is advantage.

    Knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Power Point

    Knowledge in SAP is advantage.

    Have good communication skills.

    Registration of new items and materials on SBO system.

    Review and issue sales order for new customer’s P.O.

    PO receipt acknowledgement to customers.

    Responsible for the monitoring of customer orders.

    Do the arrangement of daily deliveries to customers.

    Checking and preparation of documents for everyday deliveries to customers.

    In charge for the creation of Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt and Credit notes for customers on SBO system.

    Issue purchase request for trading items.

    Prepare and send updated stock status monitoring to selected customers.
