  •  Basic Function:

    Responsible in all documentations of the department – from initial request down to filling of documents.

    • Responsible in documenting task assigned and done for service technicians.

    • Updates pull-out slip and other documents based on actual movement/status of the unit.

    • Answers all telephone calls with diligence.

    • Provides necessary reports needed by service manager and service supervisor

    • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media

    • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.

    • Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.

    • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

    • Provide excellent customer service to the customer.

    • Ability to have solid sense of judgment and aptitude to make excellent decisions.

    • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

    • Punctuality and regular attendance is a must.

    • Reporting to senior management (Service manager).


    Bachelor’s degree or any 4 year course:

     At least 1 year customer service experience.

     Organized and pay attention to detail and accuracy;

     Basic knowledge of the sap business one program.

     Must have good communication skills and problem-solving skills;
