Job Descriptions:
• Answer incoming calls about products or services.
• Respond to customer requests for replacement, refund, and so on.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all customer information and treat each call with the utmost courtesy.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, processing accounts, and filing customer documents

Qualifications:
• At least Senior or High School Graduate
• With or Without BPO experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite
