  • Job Description

    • Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients

    • Assist customers effectively by solving customer concerns and any billing queries

    • Provide customer additional information or explains telecommunication products and services

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High School graduate, Bachelor’s degree graduate/ undergraduate or vocational course graduate

    • With or without related experience

    • Excellent English communication skills

    • Strong familiarity with the internet and MS Office applications
