Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

Qualifications:
Open to Shifters who have at least 6 mos of customer facing experience. Having BPO experience is an advantage
Willing to work on site - Night Shift
HS Graduate- Old Curriculum/ SHS Graduate
18k-25k

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Junior High School
• 1 year of experience
