    • Responds to customers over the phone;

    • Process customers’ requests and validates their account;

    • Provide excellent display of customer service.

    Qualifications:

    • Short Course/Vocational Graduate or College Undergraduate are welcome to apply;

    • No call center experience needed;

    • High school Graduates must have 6-months CSR Experience

    • Knowledgeable with basic functions of computers.
