Customer Service Representative - Yosemite Tier 2.5
Salary Range: PHP13000 - PHP23000/month
Location: Pampanga

Your day-to-day in a nutshell
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

Requirements:
At least 18 years of age and above
At least completed 2nd year college
Must have at least 13 -24 months of BPO experience
Excellent English communication skills
Computer savvy

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Customer service, Time Management
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
