  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Answer calls and respond to emails

    • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email

    • Manage and resolve customer complaints

    • Provide customers with product and service information

    -Open to all Fresh graduates

    -Hassle-free application

    -Computer and/or laptop will be provided once hired

    Basic Requirements:

    •At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate

    •Excellent English Communication Skills

    •Typing speed of 25-30 wpm
