    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Communicate lead times and updates via email to online customers

    • Respond and resolve potential customers issues relating to products, returns, delivery and lead times

    • Capture outstanding customer payments before delivery

    • Monitor online product lead times and availability to ensure correct data is syncing

    • Maintain customer accounts between CMS and ERP systems

    • Push through online satchels orders daily (homewares) to the warehouse for dispatch

    Additional Responsibilities When Required

    • Push all orders through to the warehouse for dispatch

    • Answer enquiries via the online live chat in Hubspot

    • Update all customers with regards to changing delivery times through phone, email or chat

    • Reallocate product between orders if viable in order to dispatch as quickly as possible

    • Create quotes and sales orders for clients via email

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • At least 1 to 2 years Retail/Logistics Customer Service experience

    • Email management and chat support experience

    • Experience in dealing with product orders, warranty, refunds and delivery lead times

    • Understanding of different CMS

    • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps

    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

    • High attention to detail

    • Ability to multitask

    • Excellent problem solving skills

    • Good time management and organisational skills

    • Experience in HubSpot, NetSuite and ERP systems would be an advantage

    • Exposure in Shopify, Magento, ECommerce would be nice to have

    • Ideally with experience in inventory management
