Customer service: 70%
Handles customer calls, faxes and other forms of communication. “Handling” will encompass order taking, order entry, order verification, problem solving, takes customer complaints
Follows up with the resolution, relays customer concerns or problems to the appropriate personnel
Follows up with the customer regarding the resolution or options available
Handles all complaints, rejects, schedule changes, obsolete parts and any other customer concerns
Forward all issues to the necessary departments: Quality, Production, Logistics and Finance
Prepares documents as needed by customers, including but not limited to surveys, requests for information and questionnaires, in the event assistance is needed for accurate completion of said documentation.
Forecast vs actual delivery analysis and simulation
Sample management (existing and new customers)
Delivery documents preparation: 20%
Assist in preparation of all shipping documentation as required by the particular customer, country, and government or requested by management
Cumulates and prints invoices on a daily basis
Management of all document relate in PEZA and BOC
Delivery documents filing and safe keeping: 5%
Assist in filing all documentation pertaining to customer orders, or as specified by the Quality System
Assist in filing all documentation pertaining to incoming shipment (FG, Machines, RM and Spare parts)
Inventory management: 5%
Assists during monthly Inventory count (random storage)
Checking of stocks in Saturn
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 2 years of experience
- Language(s): English
- Availability to travel: No
- Availability of change of residence: No
