    Start date: ASAP!

    Position: TRAVEL CONSULTANT

    What you'll do:

    Making travel arrangements

    - Planning and arranging tour packages and itineraries

    - Following up with our users on their travel plans or trips and making adjustments when needed

    - Resolving scheduling conflicts and other issues related to the user's trip as they come up

    Minimum Qualifications:

    - High School Graduate with 1-year Call Center experience

    - 2nd yr Undergraduate with 6-mos Call Center experience

    - College Graduate with or without Call Center experience

    - Amenable to work in a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays

    - Amenable to work in a BPO company
