Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Upon hire: P17,000 Base Pay
Upon passing 14 weeks of training: P17,000 Base Pay
+2k account premium allowance
Upon regularization:
P17,000 Base Pay
+4k account premium allowance
+1k Flex Fund
P22,000 package
Other benefits:
-20% Night differential
-HMO coverage for employee upon Day 1 and HMO dependent upon certification
-Life and Accident Insurance
-Annual increase based on performance
-13th and 14th month Pay
Qualifications:
• Completed at least 2 years in college.
• At least 1-year call center experience.
• Proficiency in using written and verbal positive language.
• Intermediate knowledge of computer applications and navigation skills.
• Adaptability and quick learning skills as well as multitasking.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team.
• Should possess the ff traits. - Customer focus, senior sensitivity, empathy, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, perseverance, learning, and applying quick reactiveness.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
