What we need from you:

1. Customer Service Representative Experience.

2. Handled Email, Chat, and Phone Experience.

3. Can do multi-task.

4. Logistics experience is a plus.

5. 2 internet connection (main and back up)

6. Willing to do once a week onsite.

7. Can handle multiple clients.

8. Flexible with Schedule (Night shift).

9. Training will be 1 week on site and 1 week online

Note: Must have own equipment: Laptop and Headset not provided by company.

• 1 year of experience
• Knowledge: Customer service, Communication and persuasion, Retail, Customer Support
