As a customer service representative in a travel account, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to travelers who are booking and managing travel arrangements.

Qualifications:

• Applicants should be Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
• No prior application with Teleperformance in the last 30 calendar days
• Good communication and computer navigation skills
• Willing to work on site
• Willing to work on shifting schedules/holidays/weekends
• Willing to work full time
• Willing to undergo the whole recruitment process
• Willing to start immediately
• Must not have conflict of interest such as plans to study/enroll or work abroad
