A customer service representative is responsible for providing assistance to customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services. The job description typically includes the following responsibilities:

-Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
-Resolving customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
-Providing information about products and services.
-Processing customer orders and handling returns.
-Updating customer account information.

Qualifications:
- Work on site
- At least 18 years old
- Amenable to work Onsite
- At least HS Graduate/ SHS Graduate
- Above Average communication skills
- Willing to start immediately
- strong communication skills
- customer-oriented thinking
- problem-solving abilities and experience in a customer service role.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Junior High School
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Customer service, Customer Support
