  • Description

  • -Answers incoming calls from customers ranging from product information, product inquiries, complaints, follow ups, etc.

    -Connects with existing customers to gauge general satisfaction and get insights on how to improve our products and services.

    -Upselling additional products and offer personalized services in line with quality and training directives.

    -Ensures the use of own accesses and appropriate systems and tools in handling issues/concerns

    Job requirements:

    -Computer literate (typing, email, chat, internet, navigation, and MS Office Application)

    -Excellent English communication skills

    -Available to work on shifting schedule.

    -High school graduates with at least 6 months BPO experience are welcome to apply
