  • Responsible for resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities with the goal to provide a positive customer experience and enhance relationships between consumers and bus

    Managing incoming and outgoing queries through multiple channels.

    Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's query; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution & closure

    Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with.

    Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues.

    Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.

    Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with team members and other departments so that products and services can be improved.

    Acts as a liaison between customers and management in order to enhance the overall customer experience.

    Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)

    Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

    Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers

    Prepare documents and reports for future reference.

    Develops and maintains a vast knowledge of the products and services being offered.

  • Minimum education level: Vocational
  • 2 years of experience
  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Customer service, Customer Support, Technology
