A Customer Service Support is responsible for establishing, retaining, and deepening customer relationships by performing efficient and accurate banking transactions; and opening and closing accounts in support of Bank goals and objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Addressing client questions or demands
Guaranteeing that consumer demands are handled properly and effectively
Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
Providing high-quality service in a pleasant, competent, and professional manner


You are a perfect candidate for this job if you:
With 6 months Sales/ tech experience
With minimum of 6 months sales experience (Inbound, outbound, upselling, cross selling)
At least HS Graduate

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Junior High School
• 1 year of experience
