Job Description
- Provide introductory information to new patients
- Ensure that patients are satisfied with services
- Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a patients questions
- Escalate queries and concerns
- Investigate customer complaints and non- conformance issues
- Prepare reports of patients and other complaints
- Working with other departments to find appropriate solutions

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
- Ability to share work with others in the organization
- Attentiveness and patience
- Time-management skills
- Ability to find the positive in any situation

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
