DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily emails and phone calls from customers, answering questions and ensuring customer retention.

• Validating and confirming of all shipments/bookings.

• Keeps customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment date and method, and current status

• Understanding the operational process flow and seeking improved ways of efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Customs Administration

• Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written.

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately.

• High organization skills & has a capability of multi-tasking

• Customer focus with proactive attitude.

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English ,Tagalog
• Availability to travel: No
