• Responsible for replying to emails about web hosting account issues in a professional manner.
• Process domain account payments and renewals
• Assess client concerns and refer them to the technical team for difficulties such as website migration, software configuration, and any other early challenges.

Qualifications:
• At least 6 months BPO experience
• Good to excellent communication skills
• Flexible
• Amenable to work onsite

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
