Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
With at least 15 mbps DL and 12 mbps UL
At least HS/SHS Graduate
Must be residing within Laoag
