  • Description

  • Job Functions:

    • Provides proficient customer service support for general transactions (orders, price, and delivery,

    expedites claims and returns through phone and email).

    • Provide “next step / full service” support by also handling price and delivery / order entry associated

    with technical inquiries.

    • Promote sales growth through specific activities, as defined by project goals and may be involving

    other departments such as but not limited to engineering, marketing and/or customer service.

    • Support inbound phone queue, chat and email from Customers, and any other channel requesting

    technical assistance.

    • Address level 1 technical product inquiries (Part # identification, Product interchange / substitution,

    Information that can be obtained thru published media such as but not limited to Catalog information,

    Electronic tools such as but not limited to ecatalog and smart interchange, Flyers and brochures,

    Installation manual, Parts lists).

    • Provide price / delivery availability & order entry transactions if needed by customer after technical

    questions answered and product (specific part) requirements have been identified.

    • Proficiently utilizes CRM to track all internal and external interactions.

    • Assist in training activities (side by side systems and process training to new hires, peers and other

    internal personnel, mock call exercises for new hires providing feedback and recommendations, update

    of the Training Curriculum modules, coordinating team building activities).

    • Assists Team Leader in completing administrative tasks.

    Job Requirements:

    • Must be College Graduate.

    • At least 2 years of experience as Level 2 CSR, with one year experience on inbound calls.

    • Positive Customer-Oriented attitude and effective Communications Skills involving inbound and

    outbound interfaces.

    • Must display and demonstrate the following: initiative-motivation, strong problem-solving skills, and

    leadership skills.

    • Willingness to travel when needed.

    • Ability to handle varying workloads and schedules.
