Call Center Specialists process complaints and issues related to products or services. They help customers complete purchases, upgrades, and returns, and frequently provide advice and technical assistance as well. They generally work in office environments, call centers, or from their homes.

Requirements
> Excellent communication skills | HS/SHS Grad
> Proficient in relevant compute application
> Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
> Excellent data entry and typing skills
> WAHA (15mbps DL/ 12mbps UL)

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• 1 year of experience
• Knowledge: Microsoft Access
