  • Duties and responsibilities

    Manage daily emails and phone calls from customers, answering questions and ensuring customer retention.
    Validating and confirming of all shipments/bookings.
    Keeps customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment date and method, and current status
    Understanding the operational process flow and seeking improved ways of efficiency
    Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Head.

    Qualifications

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Customs Administration
    Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written.
    Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
    High organization skills & has a capability of multi-tasking
    Customer focus with proactive attitude.
    willing to be assigned in Mariveles Bataan
