Main Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and respond to emails from new and existing customers. Some administrative work plus ad hoc tasks upon client's request.



Requirements:

- Be fluent in English

- Have excellent phone and email communication skills

- Have a positive, cheerful demeanor

- Have own computer

- Have a stable, reliable, wired internet connection

- Be organized and detail-oriented

- Be a self-starter

- Have experience using Excel, Word, Google Docs / Sheets, basic CRM

- Willing to work during US hours - exact hours TBD
