  • MVP Asia Pacific is looking for a Customer Success Manager for one of our clients. Our client a Sydney-based legal tech company. They provide leading Practice Management Software for barristers.

    The Customer Success Team plays a central role ensuring that our most valuable customers are able to maximize the value they obtained through adoption of our products. A Customer Success Manager (“CSM”) will serve as an advisor to our customers, developing an intimate understanding of each customer’s business objectives and ensuring they get the best out of the software.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Monitoring and managing support requests;

    • Monitoring and managing data migration;

    • Monitoring and managing live-chats, emails and phone calls;

    • Managing marketing correspondence for BB users;

    • Conducting occasional Quality Assurance of BB products;

    • Defining, maintaining, and updating documentation;

    • Onboarding and provide user training to new users;

    • Tracking issue resolutions through the service desk.

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor’s degree of any relevant course

    • 4+ years experience in customer success management or similar;

    • Experience with customer service practices;

    • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and results driven;

    • Demonstrated ability to communicate;

    • Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills;

    • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

    • Tech-savvy and able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience;

    • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity;

    • Proactive and solution-oriented thinking;

    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;

    • CRM platforms and other marketing systems would be beneficial;

    • Background in bookkeeping/accounting (bonus).
