Roles and Responsibilities

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication

- Enhance product knowledge through supplier training and webinars to provide product advice and technical support to customers

- Recommend Gold Star, Catalogue, RPM and The Quarterly products through cross and upselling

- Escalate any complex customer issues requiring additional input to Projects & Sales Administration Manager

- Manage Customer and Territory Manager account enquiries via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat

- Manage daily workflow via Helprace (Polly) platform

- Use Pronto to complete customer transactions

- Customer Reporting (via Sales Cube or Pronto)

- Digital Support

- Code Conversions, territory reviews, budgets & commissions

- Contract support and customer rebate management

- Prepare Customer Supply Agreements

- Prepare Customer Chemical Proposals

- Prepare Customer Washroom FOL Agreements

Minimum Qualifications

- Tertiary qualifications in Customer Service, Business or other relevant discipline is desirable

- Analytical skills (data manipulation & development of commercial analysis)

- Strong communication skills with ability to engage with Sales Directors and Business Unit Managers

- Advanced ERP and Business Intelligence Analyst (Pronto, Cognos or similar) system knowledge

- Advanced Excel knowledge and skills

- Knowledge and understanding of customer service, sales, purchasing, logistics, accounts receivable/payable

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
