    As a Technical Support Expert, you will provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching

    answers and troubleshooting electronic devices hardware issues over the phone. This is for a leading US

    company hence, this is a night shift job.

    "What we need for the role:

    • Good command of English communication skills (both written and verbal)

    • Candidates should have completed at least two years in college/ vocational program / SHS graduate

    • No customer service experience required

    • Sales/Customer Service experience is preferred, but not required

    • Experience with hospitality or reservation services is preferred, but not required
