  • Currently we are expanding our team at our Manila office in BGC, Taguig City.

    As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and nurturing new sales leads to support the Business Development Team. This individual will be self-motivated, proactive to be able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources. inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!

    PROSPECTING-- Lead Generation, Referral Generation, Cold-calling

    QUALIFYING-- Qualifying potential clients in (warm leads), Qualifying potential clients out (cold leads), Endorsement of clients to BD team

    NURTURING-- Designing and creating lead nurturing campaigns, Follow up on old leads, Lead tracking and database generation

    Responsibilities

    Acquiring and managing potential distributors and agents for our brands;

    Research, contact and follow up with new leads;

    Identify opportunities with B2B clients and convert them into business actions;

    Direct communication with customers via e-mail and telephone to promote product range;

    Clean and update customer and prospect data;

    Demonstrate initiative to create new campaigns and reach specific industries/groups of potential clients;

    Requirements

    Understanding of international markets;

    Ability to work in an online environment;

    Negotiation and sales skills;

    Professional knowledge of business development, sales and marketing;

    Experience with Lead Generation Tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    Understanding of marketing principles is a plus;

    Fluent English speaking and writing skills.

    Foreign language skills are a plus;

    Experience with office management software like MS Office (ERP, CRM, MS Excel and MS Word, particularly);

    Self-motivated and Proactive.
