• At least 1 year experience as Data Analyst for a customer service team

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong Google Workspace/G-Suite and Excel skills

• Strong communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in math/statistics/engineering, or equivalent experience

• Experience working with complex data sets

• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
