Roles and Responsibilities

- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information

- Verifies entered customer and account data

- Purges files to eliminate duplication of data

- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.

- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Create reports for internal teams and/or - external clients.

- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.

- Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data.

- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.

- Structure large data sets to find useful information.

- Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings

A Successful Candidate Must Have

- Ability to navigate through different software platforms i.e. Box, PDF, Bluebeam, and Excel

- Ability to ensure that data remains consistent across the database

- Technical writing skills

- Data Cleaning experience

- Familiar with Database Management/Maintenance

- Experience with statistical software

Proficient With

- Azure SQL database (Microsoft product) or alternate

- Power Automate (Microsoft product) or alternate

- Power B.I. or alternate

- Python programming or alternate
