  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Reporting & Analytics

    • Run daily/weekly/monthly reporting and dashboard through PowerBI, SAS, GA, Data Studio

    • Perform data integrity checks to ensure consistent and accurate data for analysing

    • Perform timely & accurate traffic and trading reporting on weekly and monthly

    • Actively data crunch and optimize open-rate / engagement rate of each eDMs or deployment

    • Draw insights and present results clearly making recommendations for improvement

    • Develop a full structured segmentation analysis of the database to recognise potential segment opportunities and deliver targeted communication strategies

    • Run regular meeting with the creative team to share insights on what works, what does not and how to improve and drive better engagement results

    • Perform post campaign analysis and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and make recommendation on subsequent steps, generate actionable customer insights to improve key business outcomes

    • Develop deep knowledge of consumer insights and trends, campaign effectiveness, channel effectiveness, promotion effectiveness, segmentation effectiveness

    • Translating data, customer insights, and customer segmentation into actionable, results-oriented audience marketing programs

    • Be a steward of good data practices - robust documentation, process and knowledge sharing

    Strategic Campaign Management

    • Work closely with stakeholders to plan, create and execute quarterly/monthly campaigns calendar across channels to drive brand awareness, customer retention, and customer loyalty. This includes idea generation and exploration, preparing and presenting proposals, overseeing the creative and production processes and ensuring successful execution.

    • Stay current on email marketing best practices and share learnings and insights regularly with the broader marketing team

    • Manage campaign calendar schedule and liaise with designers in the development of the design/layout/content

    • Identify different customer’s profiles to improve retention, reactivation of customers and promote cross/up-selling campaigns

    • Effective segmentation across multiple communication channels (EDM, SMS, RCI.com, Social Media, etc)

    • Review day-to-day operation processes, identify areas of improvement and make actionable recommendations based on underlying analysis

    Deployment, Segmentation & Automation

    • Subject matter expert of CRM system (Simon & Marketing Cloud)

    • Spearhead development for improvements in the CDP system, which will help to enhance customer experience and better marketing strategies.

    • Oversee and take charge of all the automation of campaign deployment and journeys set up

    • Plan and set up automated customer journey map to boost brand awareness, enhance customer engagement and retention.

    • Optimization of marketing campaigns by defining market sectors and customer selection based on customer profiling and segmentation

    • Support DBM manager for CDP implementation and enhancements.

    Database Management

    • Champion data quality and hygiene to ensure member data captured are accurate and up to date

    • Manage regional CRM agency to ensure executional excellence

    • Able to write/update queries to add in new segmentation/ database and ensure its accuracy

    • Acquire data from different data sources, maintain data systems and CRM

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Database Management

    • Experienced in SalesForce SalesCloud, Marketing Cloud, PowerBI and CRM is a must

    • Experienced in Spinklr, GA, Data Studio and SAS Programming is a bonus

    • 5 years of database marketing experience.

    • Proven track record of delivering best practice CRM campaigns

    • Proven experience in delivering data analysis, advanced analytics and campaign dashboards

    • Extensive experience of segmentation analysis across multiple data sets

    • Experience of triggered campaigns based on behavioural analysis and implementation of progressive profiling campaign

    • Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand

    • Enthusiastic, keen to learn, with a passion for self-development

    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Logical and analytical with great attention to detail.
