CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE - TEX
Campaign: Telco - Mobile Support / Blended
Headcount Requirements: 20
o Work Condition: Permanent - Full-time Employment
o Work Type: Telco - Mobile Support / Blended (Voice & Non-voice)
o Work Schedule: AU Timezone
o Work Arrangement: Onsite
o Reporting Site: BGC (The Curve) & Eastwood
o Salary Package: 22,000.00 all in package (19k Basic + 3k Non-tax Allowance)
Minimum Qualifications:
o At least Sr. High School graduate
o With Excellent English Communication (Oral and Written)
o Experience on phone, email and live chat support preferred but not required
o Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections and Technical Support preferred but not
required
o Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
o Amenable to Report Onsite
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 1 year of experience
- Language(s): English
- Knowledge: Customer service, Customer Support
