JOB SUMMARY:

Handles Entry processing of shipment. Responsible for communicating with assigned clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Verifies arrival of cargo from shipping line.

2. Prepares Entry processing on EDI for assigned clients.

3. Submits all required shipping documentation to Accounting for computation of receivables and payables..

4. Coordinates with Customs Representatives on the submission of documents and payment to be made at the Bureau of Customs and shipping lines.

5. Communicates with clients on shipment delivery matters.

6. Advises Operations / Drivers regarding delivery of shipment.

7. Responsible for the endorsement / releasing of Delivery Order and Release Order to consignee / broker after payment of service charges to CLI Cashier.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Customer Support, Teamwork
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
