Requirements:

1. Support the Clinical admin by informing customers explaining procedures; providing information and answering questions/inquiries

2. Contact and follow up the client/dentist orders

3. Monitor and track the current orders placed in the system

3. Document the treatment plans on all patients’ cases

4. Will work alongside with the in-house doctor

5. Encode cases data and patient records

6. Determines eligibility by comparing customers information to requirements

Qualifications:

1. Dental Hygienist

2. Familiar with Orthodontics

3. Understanding, Patient, Flexible

4. Amenable to work onsite

5. With 2 years' minimum experience at the dental Lab or clinic
