The Financial Planning and Cost Manager plans and directs the overall activities of the FPC Department. This position is responsible in development of cost strategy, budget planning including monitoring and implementation of tactical plan to achieve the objectives. Gather and analyze internal and external environment data that would affect the business including the impact of the new Taxes, Laws, and Regulations that will be imposed by government regulatory agencies. Manage the IT infrastructure including system security and protection.

1. Ensure compliance to the safety rules.

2. Implement financial reporting that gives the management appropriate information to build long term strategy to the company.

3. Review and develop Cost Accounting processes and procedure to improve cost efficiency of the organization by taking strategic decisions for the following:

a. Controlling Cost

b. Aid to Management decision making

c. Inventory Control

d. Measurement of efficiency

e. Disclosure of profitable and non-profitable activities

4. Review, monitor and assist in the preparation of the following:

a. Annual Business Plan / Achievement forecast

b. Preparation of the Long Term and Mid Term Plan

c. Management reports for the actual performance vs budget and forecast

d. TdC Height and TdC Mass

e. Departmental Budget/Expense

f. Preparation of Standard Cost

g. Cycle count and Reconciliation

h. Annual Inventory Count, reconciliation and preparation of report

i. CFO report

j. CAPEX

k. EXCOM report

5. Coordinate with General Accounting for the income tax computation based on the tax benefits of the company (5% GIT, ITH & RCIT).

6. Prepare Labor Cost Study for the BP and Achievement Forecast.

7. Review and approve the Product Cost Study prepared by Marketing.

8. Review the Sales/Purchase Contract with the Customers and Suppliers.

9. Review the Sales Quotation and Selling price.

10. Initiate, review and propose to management approval of Transfer Pricing documents.

11. Act as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of the company.

a. Conduct information security training

b. Make sure that the organization is adaptable to different regulations impose by the regulatory agency

c. Make sure that the company information system is complaint to DRP and BCP

d. Make sure the Company Information System is protected from information leakage & security threat

12. Window person of ATC in MMC CISO meeting/activities.

13. Performs other duties as assigned.

• CPA

• 10 years of related experience required with at least five years of experience preferably in a multinational company.

• Deep knowledge in the preparation including strategy for cost control & product pricing.

• Solid Cost Accounting background including strategy for cost control & product pricing

• Knowledge in IT System (Infrastructure) including IT network, administration and system security
