  • Description

  • 1. Prepares necessary documentation before and after product loading into lorries.

    2. Liaise with scheduler, and provide real-time delivery updates to customer when necessary.

    3. The first point of contact when sales or scheduling department has questions about invoices.

    4. Ensure accurate documentation of all orders prior to release of product

    5. Compiles, monitor and update tank truck and driver records, and escalate non-conformities to his immediate supervisor.

    6. Tracks returned delivery documents to drivers/haulers and conducts follow ups for unreturned ones, to ensure timely transmittal to Sales, Accounting, as required.

    7. Develop and maintain necessary records and reports such as: Daily sales report, Record of Document Transmittals, Customer Delivery Specimen Signature records, Special instructions provided by Sales/customer, and other issues/concern such as, but not limited to customer complaint and delivery incidents.

    8. Invoice clerk ensures timely issuance of invoices for customer orders and deliveries. He is primarily responsible for the accurate posting and recording of daily sales and transactions.

    9. Participates in Safety programs and protocols of the company.

    10. Able to cover the responsibilities of subordinates in their absence.

    11. Membership of the Depot’s Emergency Response Team.

    12. Performs other relevant functions assigned by his superiors.
