  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor Graduate of any IT Related Course (we can consider BSECE and BSCOE)

    With PC troubleshooting skills, both in hardware and software

    With basic knowledge in Networking

    Knowledgeable in Level 1 and Tier 1 Support On-Site Support

    DUTIES

    Assists all requests in-terms of desktop and network issues

    Must be able to attend all assigned tickets

    Ensuring all task must be updated after resolving

    Must be able to attend and troubleshoot Hardware and Software tickets assigned

    Must be able to escalate tickets with dependencies to respective clients Administrators

    Must be able to update of tickets in detailed. (step by steps procedure) /update every ticket assigned in real time.

    Must be able to attend meetings and training

    Must be able to comply with the ticket SLA

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Language(s): Tagalog
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
