  • Job Summary:
    Responsible for brand communication activities on social media and for both on-premise and off-premise events and venues which includes physical environment strategies that will lead to increase in market share, sales and profits.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Create and maintain a photo library of events and products
    a. Attends both private and corporate events to act as the company’s official photographer
    for documentation
    b. Updates/Organizes presentation of Kit of Account Executives such as presentation on
    electronic devices (Ipad, Mobile, Laptop, etc.)

    2. Assist the Sales and Marketing Supervisor in operating /updating all Social Media Accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
    · Schedule Daily Posting (Monday to Saturday). Make sure that the page is updated everyday.
    · Twitter & Instagram is connected to FB.
    · Answer all comments and messages. Acknowledge people who tag the pages and share to us their pictures, comments, suggestions, etc.
    · Identify & Remove FB Messages Spam
    · Custom Designed Facebook Cover Page & Profile Picture
    · Get More Likes
    · Professional Basic Layout for Social Media Posting
    · Increase the reach and fan engagement in the form of contest and promos approved by the management.
    · Help in the brand promotion by conducting or helping in the arrangement for Bloggers Event with additional minimal fee.
    · Monitor your presence online by reposting blogs and posts by the customers.
    · Help in promoting the pages as well using my online connections. Promoting it to other blogger groups, on my personal pages and accounts and will do reviews too.

    3. Assist in the day to day problems of the department and Operations

    4. Performs duties that may be assigned

    Skills and Qualifications:
    excellent verbal and written communication skills
    demonstrate experience working in sales or marketing team environment
    strong organizational and follow-up skills
    above average computer skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop
    Willing to start ASAP
